What an epic five set match by the two titans of tennis. My eyes were glued to this marathon for 4 hours and 48 minutes! This was the greatest and perhaps the best quality tennis I have ever witnessed in any tournament. Congrats to Nadal for taking down the great Federer.
An epic, indeed! It was like a roller-coaster ride watching the match for 4 hours and 48 minutes!
I almost lost my wits when Federer tied the match sets to 2-2! I must say, Federer really wanted his 6th straight Winbledon title, only to be denied the chance by Rafa.
I have to admit I am a fan of both Roger and Rafa. But with the spectacular play and form of Rafa this year, I was really looking forward to him winning his first Wimbledon title – And how he delivered it! Fantastic!
I see this as a beginning of an even more intense competition between Rafa and Roger in the matches to come… This will be great for the whole of tennis sports. And a sure shot of exciting matches for us fans to enjoy.
